• Retains and grows Aon's business by cultivating relationships with senior client decision-makers and day-to-day contacts.
• Drives renewal processes with the appropriate team to develop and implement renewal strategy.
• Coordinates with Brokers in renewal strategy development and delivery.
• Manages relationships between clients, Aon, and insurers.
• Ensures service delivery aligns with client needs and the economic framework of services.
• Leads stewardship planning and delivery and ensures account profitability.
