Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer benefit plan implementations for self-funded new business clients. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address critical issues, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.

With 5–7 years of healthcare client-facing experience, you will manage plans, timelines, risks, and budgets while driving quality and adoption of healthcare products and services. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of healthcare client-facing experience.
• Experience directing implementation projects and managing client relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and risk mitigation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct planning and execution of key healthcare client implementations.
• Develop project plans, milestones and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans and manage budgets/timelines.
• Coach and mentor junior project staff and coordinate cross-functional resources.
• Deliver progress reports and recommend process improvements.
