Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, MIS, BI or related field.
• CIA/CPA/Six Sigma certification is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare internal audit, revenue cycle and regulatory compliance is required.
• Familiarity with No Surprises Act, price transparency, OIG guidance is a plus.
• Experience with GRC platforms and AI/data analytics in audit is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review processes to assess risk and internal controls for efficiency.
• Understand client business, objectives, operations, IT systems, controls.
• Participate in engagements from planning to completion with scope and reporting.
• Assist in project management including plans, timelines and budgets.
• Supervise and mentor Associates and Interns on engagements.
• Develop internal audit work plans and testing procedures.
• Leverage data analytics and AI-enabled techniques to improve testing.
