CE Medical Group is seeking a Medical Practice Administrator to lead operations for a growing network of interventional pain clinics. You will partner with the CEO and senior leadership to drive operational excellence across multiple locations, mentoring clinic managers and improving workflows.

The role requires healthcare management experience, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency with ECW.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare management, practice management, or healthcare operations.
• Experience managing or supporting multiple clinic locations is strongly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and follow-through.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational leadership and support to CE Medical Group's network of clinics.
• Partner with CEO and senior leadership on day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
• Support and mentor clinic and office managers to keep teams running smoothly.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, patient experience, and clinic performance.
