Job summary

CE Medical Group is seeking an experienced Medical Practice Administrator to lead operations across its Western Washington network of interventional pain management clinics. The role supports clinic managers and teams, collaborates with the CEO and physician owners, and drives efficiency and patient experience.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in healthcare management, experience with multiple clinics, and familiarity with eClinicalWorks (ECW).

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare management, practice management, or healthcare operations.
• Experience supporting or overseeing multiple clinic locations is preferred.
• Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Medical Practice Administrator

CE Medical Group

CE Medical Group is looking for an experienced Medical Practice Administrator to join our team and provide operational leadership and support to a growing network of interventional pain management clinics throughout Western Washington.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, improving processes, and helping multiple clinics run efficiently. You'll work closely with the CEO, physician owners, and senior leadership while supporting clinic managers and teams across the organization.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead & Support Operations

• Provide operational leadership and support to Sound Pain Alliance's network of clinics and providers.
• Partner with the CEO, physician owners, and senior leadership on day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
• Support and mentor clinic and office managers, helping them address challenges and keep their teams running smoothly.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, patient experience, and overall clinic performance.

Lead People & Projects

• Help develop and maintain a positive, accountable, and team-focused work culture.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and their teams.
• Assist with hiring, training, performance management, and employee development as needed.
• Take ownership of projects and initiatives from start to finish, keeping things moving and making sure deadlines are met.

Problem Solve & Get Things Done

• Jump in when challenges come up and help find practical solutions.
• Coordinate across departments and locations to keep communication and operations running smoothly.
• Monitor processes and follow up on areas that need attention.
• Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

What You're Looking For

Healthcare Management Experience

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare management, practice management, or healthcare operations.
• Experience managing or supporting multiple clinic locations is strongly preferred.

Industry Knowledge

• Experience in pain management practice is preferred.
• Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW)

Leadership & Communication

• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Comfortable working with physicians, executives, managers, and frontline staff.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
• A confident problem solver who can make decisions and keep things moving.
• Able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.

CE Medical Group is a third-party billing and practice management company that partners with interventional pain providers. We help medical practices grow, improve operations, recruit great teams, and provide the administrative support needed to deliver excellent patient care.

You’ll work closely with Sound Pain Alliance, a growing network of interventional pain management clinics across Western Washington. Sound Pain Alliance includes multiple established pain clinics and surgery centers serving patients throughout the region.

• Competitive salary: $75,000–$95,000 DOE

Location

Western Washington

Must be located in Western Washington and able to travel between clinic locations as needed. This position allows for up to 50% work from a home office, depending on business needs.
