ECAA is seeking a Director of Pain Operations to provide corporate leadership for pain management across multiple practice locations in North Carolina. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
• Progressive leadership experience in multi-site physician practice management, including responsibility for multiple locations or divisions and demonstrated success partnering with physicians and local practice leaders.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex healthcare operations and collaborating with multidisciplinary clinical teams.
• Working knowledge of physician practice financial performance, revenue cycle operations, and healthcare compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated experience using operational and financial data, performance indicators, and benchmarks to drive measurable improvement.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and change-management skills.
• Ability to work on-site at the Greenville, North Carolina, corporate office and travel frequently to practice locations.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for pain management services and related clinical programs in alignment with the organization’s mission, values, and priorities.
• Lead operational and financial performance improvement across all ECAA pain management divisions and practices in partnership with physician leaders and local practice management, including staffing, productivity, access, referrals, expenses, and program growth.
• Identify and evaluate pain practices interested in joining ECAA; support operational due diligence and integration, and evaluate de novo opportunities with business plans and launch plans.
• Address operational challenges with physicians and leadership to improve access, care coordination, outcomes, performance, and patient experience.
• Develop and monitor plans, workflows, and standards to ensure compliant, efficient delivery of pain management services.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities and drive improvements toward goals.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management to improve registration, verification, prior authorization, documentation, and denial resolution workflows to reduce revenue leakage.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements; coordinate education, audits, and corrective actions with leadership.
• Lead process improvement and technology implementation in pain management; develop care models and cross-functional initiatives.
• Resolve complex issues across pain divisions with practice leaders; support clinical decisions by appropriate leaders.
• Improve patient experience across the care pathway from referral to long-term management.
• Coach and mentor clinic leadership and staff; support performance management and succession planning.
• Communicate regularly with providers and leadership on performance, priorities, risks, and opportunities.
• Support strategic planning and expansion initiatives including new locations and partnerships.
• Establish and monitor KPIs across divisions and benchmark against standards.
• Promote patient-centered culture, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present operational/financial reports to the CEO and participate in committees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
