Job summary

CE Medical Group is seeking an experienced Medical Practice Administrator to lead operations across its Western Washington network of interventional pain management clinics. The role supports clinic managers and teams, collaborates with the CEO and physician owners, and drives efficiency and patient experience.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in healthcare management, experience with multiple clinics, and familiarity with eClinicalWorks (ECW).

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare management, practice management, or healthcare operations.
• Experience supporting or overseeing multiple clinic locations is preferred.
• Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership to Sound Pain Alliance's network of clinics and providers.
• Partner with CEO and senior leadership on day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
• Mentor clinic and office managers to address challenges and keep teams running smoothly.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, patient experience, and clinic performance.
