CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to direct all aspects of customer benefit plan implementations for self-funded new business clients. You will lead planning and execution with internal and external stakeholders to meet and exceed customer expectations, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifikationen

• 5 to 7 years of healthcare client-facing experience, including direct management of client relationships, issue resolution, and successful delivery of healthcare products, services or implementation initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks, recommend solutions, and drive issues to resolution within established timelines.
• Proven execution and delivery skills, including prioritizing work, managing competing deadlines, coordinating cross-functional resources, and achieving established business objectives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Comprehensive understanding and strong association with Aetna organizations representing products, services, administration, operations and systems.
• Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification. Equivalent work experience.
