CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to direct all aspects of customer benefit plan implementations for self-funded new business clients. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify issues, maintain timelines, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and delivering projects within budget while coaching junior staff.

Formación

• 5–7 years of healthcare client-facing experience.
• Strong problem-solving and risk-mitigation skills.
• Proven delivery and cross-functional coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning and execution of key projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, deliverables, deadlines, and milestones.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; prepare progress reports.
• Coach junior colleagues in project management.
