CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to direct all aspects of Self-funded New Business Client implementations. You will lead planning, execution, and coordination with stakeholders to deliver on time, within scope and budget.

The role emphasizes risk management, process improvement, and coaching of junior team members to enhance project outcomes across healthcare products and services.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of healthcare client-facing experience with direct client relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills to assess risks and resolve issues.
• Proven delivery skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of key organizational projects and client implementations.
• Develop project plans, assign tasks, set milestones, and manage budgets.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer expectations.
• Monitor progress, highlight risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
