Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to direct all aspects of Self-funded New Business Client implementations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer expectations.

You will lead planning and execution, define milestones, manage risks, and ensure quality and timely delivery across multiple projects while mentoring junior colleagues in project management practices.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of healthcare client-facing experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills to assess risks and drive resolution.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Proven execution and delivery skills with prioritization and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of complex projects with stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, milestones, deliverables and deadlines.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and mitigations.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate achievements and risks.
• Coach junior colleagues in project management practices.
