Job description

• Own client implementations end-to-end from Sales handoff through go-live.
• Manage technical setup and partner with Engineering on pipeline enablement and troubleshooting.

What You'll Do:

• Run kickoffs, working sessions, and status updates independently.
• Coordinate training, readiness checks, and smooth handoff to Client Success.
• Improve implementation process and documentation under the Implementation Lead's direction.

Who You Are:

• 4+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or project management.
• Hands‑on experience with SFTP and client configuration.
• Comfortable in fast‑paced startup environments and managing complex stakeholders.
