InterSystems, a data technology provider, seeks a Program Manager to lead successful healthcare implementation projects using our methodology. You'll maintain senior customer relationships and act as the escalation point for governance and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.

You will oversee Project Managers and teams, collaborating with delivery and technical teams to define scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring governance, risk management, and customer success across

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience delivering complex integrated healthcare solutions.
• Experience managing ERP/HIS projects.
• Strong background in healthcare operations and needs of hospital operations.
• Experience across full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Experience managing resources, time tracking, budgets and forecasting.
• Experience leading diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience communicating across all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Be the ambassador to customers and the escalation point between the customer and the Implementation Director.
• Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the project team and mobilize internal/external resources.
• Lead estimation and development of Professional Services proposals with technical/delivery teams.
• Manage the Project and its processes including scope, plan, resources, and budget governance.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, changes in scope, and project governance.
• Ensure customer success and effective communications to stakeholders.
• Work with other team members to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
