Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or related experience.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) preferred.
• Experience with BI/data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgets and periodic forecasts with department leaders.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analyses.
• Assist revenue recognition and close processes with accurate accruals.
• Partner with business units to provide financial insights for decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to streamline FP&A processes and improve data integrity.
• Train junior team members and share FP&A best practices.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses for leadership and strategic initiatives.
