Job summary

Ophelia is seeking a Senior Analyst to support core financial operations across a multi-state healthcare business. You will own monthly close components, prepare reporting, and assist with planning and ROI analyses with cross-functional partners.

You'll collaborate with Operations, Technology, Marketing, and People teams, building insights from P&L, budgets, and performance metrics to drive strategic decisions in a mission-driven, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or a comparable analytical finance role.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills enabling building and auditing models.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with data-driven decision support.

Responsibilities

• Own the recurring components of the monthly close and work with the external partner on the close calendar.
• Draft the monthly reporting package covering P&L, unit economics, and leadership deck.
• Build budget vs. actual reporting by department and state; explain variances.
• Prepare external financial deliverables, including board and lender materials.
• Support annual planning and re-forecast cycles with department leads.
• Run ad hoc internal ROI analyses with business partners.
