Job summary

Strive Health is seeking a data-driven Sr. Analyst, FP&A to support the Finance team in modeling and tracking business performance, steward operating costs, and shaping new business models. You’ll partner across the organization to enable growth and financial clarity.

The role emphasizes building relationships, delivering precise analyses, and communicating insights to leadership while navigating a fast-paced healthcare environment. Includes a performance-based bonus and professional development.

Qualifications

2+ years modeling and reporting with financial statements.
2+ years financial analysis experience.
2+ years working with large, complex datasets, preferably in healthcare.
2+ years advanced MS Excel/Office tools proficiency.
1+ year in Healthcare sector, Value Based Care preferred.
Internet connectivity: min speeds and low latency.
Ability to travel and be on-site as needed.

Responsibilities

Manage and drive enhancements to Strive Enterprise and market-level P&L reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
Own CKCC and Joint Venture P&L reporting with analysis and forecasting support including provider payment management.
Oversee and drive cash reporting, forecasting, and tracking of partner cash flow inputs, settlements and working capital.
Manage partner-level fee contracts and SLA/quality metric accruals, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Support implementation of new tools and technologies to build scalable financial processes.
Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
