Sentara Health is seeking a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst to support data integration across the Enterprise Data Platform. You will map source data to EDIP structures, collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, and ensure data quality and governance throughout the analytics ecosystem.

Required are a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years in data analysis, data mapping, ETL, or data warehousing, plus advanced Excel/SQL/Power BI skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, informatics, business, public health, or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, data mapping, ETL, data warehouse, or related data environments.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, data validation, Databricks skills.

Aufgaben

• Convert vendor file specifications, layouts, and business requirements into detailed data mapping documentation aligned with EDP structures and business rules.
• Liaise among business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure proper data integration, transformation, validation, and delivery.
• Support data quality and data stewardship to maintain accuracy; provide data-driven conclusions and recommendations.
• Assist in QA, UAT, production implementation, and post-deployment validation activities.
