Sentara Health is seeking a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst for a fully remote role. You will convert vendor data specs into detailed mapping documentation and collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure data is integrated, transformed, and delivered within the analytics ecosystem.

You will leverage advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Databricks skills to support data quality, governance, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in analytics, statistics, informatics, business, public health, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, mapping, ETL, or data warehousing.
• Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, Power BI, data validation, and Databricks.
• Experience developing source-to-target mapping docs and technical specs.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.
• Healthcare data domain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Convert vendor data specs into detailed data mapping documents.
• Serve as liaison among business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
• Ensure data is integrated, transformed, validated, and delivered in analytics ecosystem.
• Support data quality and data stewardship functions.
• Provide data-driven conclusions and recommendations to partners.
• Support QA, UAT, production implementation, and post-deployment validation.
