Sentara Health is hiring a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst to convert vendor specifications into detailed mapping aligned with the Enterprise Data Platform. You will collaborate across business, vendor, and technical teams to ensure data is properly integrated, transformed, validated, and delivered within the analytics ecosystem.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, informatics, or related field, and advanced-level skills in Excel, SQL, Power BI, data validation, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, informatics, business, public health, or related field.
• Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, data validation, and Databricks skills required.
• Experience developing source-to-target mapping documentation, business requirements, and technical specifications.
• Ability to interpret source system documentation, file specifications, data dictionaries and requirements.
• Experience with SharePoint, Confluence, or similar documentation/collaboration tools.

Responsabilités

• Convert vendor file specifications and business requirements into detailed data mapping documentation.
• Serve as liaison among business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
• Support data quality and data stewardship to maintain data accuracy.
• Assist QA, UAT, production implementation, and post-deployment validation activities.
• Work with healthcare data domains such as payer, claims, enrollment, or provider data.
