Job summary

Strive Health Services LLC is seeking a Lead Data Analyst, Partner Analytics to collaborate with market operators and clinical, implementation, and data teams. You will lead a team, drive in-depth analyses across multiple markets, and shape analytics and operational performance initiatives.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, development of dashboards, and partnership with business development to deliver impact across Strive Health’s networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic achievement.
• 4+ years’ experience in healthcare data analysis, preferably with value-based care or population health analytics.
• InternetConnectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down) Latency.
• Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize data stories through innovative analytical deep dives factoring data science, external/internal, operational, and clinical initiatives.
• Research, hypothesize and develop analytical approaches for identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends in healthcare data.
• Design innovative models to assess viability of new initiatives and clinical programs across markets.
• Collaborate with strategy, clinical and new market teams to identify data-driven opportunities.
• Establish best practices for junior analysts and assist in development of team members.
• Provide insight to design and build self-service dashboards to measure performance.
• Identify, communicate, and lead resolution of data gaps in reporting and oversight.
