Job summary

Strive Health is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Denver to drive enterprise analytics, clinical outcomes measurement, and KPI development. You will build dashboards for executives and clinical leaders, analyze trends, and partner with operations to improve performance across care delivery.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering insights that support value-based care initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with strong academic achievement.
Located in Denver.
4+ years’ experience in healthcare data analysis.
Internet connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down). Latency.
Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain KPIs using SQL and enterprise data sources to support decision-making.
Design, build, and manage dashboards for medical directors, clinical teams, and leaders.
Partner with stakeholders to evaluate operating models including patient engagement and visits.
Conduct root cause analysis on data anomalies and performance trends, delivering data-backed recommendations.
Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot data pipeline and quality issues.
Maintain documentation of metrics, data sources, and dashboard logic for transparency.
