You will mentor teammates, build self-service dashboards, identify data gaps, and communicate insights to influence decisions. The job offers a 10% target bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. Final compensation will reflect location, experience, and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic achievement.
• Experience in healthcare data analysis, value-based care preferred.
• Strong SQL, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Quicksight preferred).

Responsabilités

• Synthesize data stories through in-depth analytical dives across markets.
• Research and develop analytical approaches to trends in healthcare data.
• Design models to assess viability of new initiatives across markets.
• Collaborate with strategy, clinical and new market teams to identify opportunities.
• Establish best practices and mentor junior analysts.
• Develop self-service dashboards to measure performance and guide efforts.
• Identify data gaps and lead resolution for operational reporting.
