SimplePractice is seeking a Senior Data Analyst, Strategic Health Analytics, to support Clinical and Commercial business development through rigorous analysis. You will shape analytical approaches, design robust analyses, and present findings to stakeholders, enabling data-driven decisions across teams.

The role blends technical problem-solving with strategic thinking, building scalable reports, dashboards, and self-serve tools. Healthcare domain experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in analytics, data analysis, research, or related quantitative roles.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large, complex datasets.
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI/visualization tools.
• Proficiency in Python or a similar analytical programming language.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Clinical, Commercial, and Product stakeholders to identify core questions and translate them into analytical approaches.
• Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support customer, partner, and business development conversations with data-driven insights and storytelling.
