Job summary

SimplePractice LLC is seeking a Senior Data Analyst, Strategic Health Analytics, to support Clinical and Commercial growth through rigorous data analysis. You will shape analytics approaches, execute robust analyses, and deliver compelling, decision-ready narratives for stakeholders.

This role also focuses on scalable, self-serve analytics via reports, dashboards, and models. Experience in healthcare is a plus but not required, with strong SQL, Python, and Tableau skills, plus ability to

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in analytics, data analysis, research, or related quantitative roles.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI and visualization tools.
• Proficiency in Python or a similar analytical programming language.
• Strong analytical and statistical foundation, including methods such as regression, hypothesis testing, experimentation.
• Proven ability to take ambiguous questions, structure an analytical approach, and deliver insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to translate complex analysis for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Clinical, Commercial, and Product stakeholders to identify core questions and translate them into analytical approaches and actionable answers.
• Communicate credible, data-driven insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support conversations with data-driven insights, thought partnership and accessible storytelling with customers, partners, and business teams.
• Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Tableau, and other analytical tools to uncover trends and inform strategic decisions.
• Apply statistical methods to generate insights across clinical, commercial, product, and market questions.
• Identify recurring analytical needs and turn them into scalable reports, dashboards, models, and self-serve tools.
• Build and maintain analytical assets that integrate multiple data sources and improve data reliability.
• Mentor peers and contribute to a culture of rigor and analytical communication.
