Job summary

HITT Contracting in New York, NY is seeking a seasoned Project Executive – Healthcare to lead complex projects from discovery through implementation. You will oversee project managers, coordinate with clients, subs, and staff, and ensure safety and quality standards.

The role requires 10+ years of commercial healthcare construction, a four-year degree (or equivalent experience), strong leadership, and proficiency with ProCore, BlueBeam, JD Edwards, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, including experience with a commercial general contractor.
• A four-year degree from an accredited university with a concentration in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, additional work experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Maintains adherence to safety and company policies.
• Negotiates terms and conditions of contracts with clients.
• Monitors project progress via updated schedules.
• Ensures Quality Control Plan is followed.
• Leads preconstruction and RFP package efforts with the Preconstruction Department.
