Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Executive in Seattle to manage projects from discovery through implementation.

You will lead teams, ensure safety, and drive contract negotiations with clients, while monitoring progress and quality controls on healthcare and other commercial builds. The role requires 10+ years in commercial construction, a degree in construction/engineering/business or equivalent experience, and strong proficiency with ProCore, BlueBeam, and JD Edwards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, including experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Healthcare construction project experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or business strongly preferred; if no degree, additional work experience accepted.
• Previous project management experience with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency with construction drawings and software (e.g., ProCore, BlueBeam, JD Edwards, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Maintain adherence to HITT safety standards.
• Negotiate terms with clients and manage contract relations.
• Monitor project progress with updated schedules.
• Ensure Quality Control Plans are followed and issues resolved.
• Lead preconstruction and RFP package efforts; delegate tasks to ensure smooth operations.
