Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Significant healthcare construction leadership, including hospitals or clinics.
• Experience managing projects in occupied facilities and infection control awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of healthcare projects in Dallas, including safety, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction.
• Lead preconstruction, estimating, and RFP responses; manage procurement plans.
• Mentor project teams and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and trade partners.
• Oversee turnover, commissioning, and closeout activities.
