Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc. is seeking a Project Executive to lead commercial construction projects from discovery through development and implementation.

You will perform the duties of a Project Manager and drive safety, schedules, and quality control on healthcare-focused projects. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts with clients, maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating with subcontractors, and guiding preconstruction and RFP activities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction with a general contractor.
• Healthcare construction project experience required.
• Four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business preferred; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage small to large projects from discovery to closeout.
• Negotiate terms of contracts with clients and monitors schedules.
• Ensure safety adherence and Quality Control Plan execution.
• Lead preconstruction and RFP package efforts with the team.
• Maintain client relationships and coordinate with subcontractors.
