Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc. is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Executive for Healthcare in New York, NY. Bring 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including healthcare projects, to lead projects from discovery through closeout.

You will coordinate with the Preconstruction Department, manage safety and quality, and build client and subcontractor relationships while steering multiple projects to successful completion.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction.
• Prior healthcare construction project experience required.
• A four-year degree from an accredited university with a concentration in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains adherence to safety standards.
• Negotiates contracts with clients.
• Monitors project progress with updated schedules.
• Ensures Quality Control Plan is followed.
• Leads preconstruction and RFP package efforts.
