Job summary

Cornerstone Recruiting in New York City seeks a Project Executive to provide leadership and executive oversight for Healthcare projects across the NYC market, ensuring safety, schedule, quality, staffing, client satisfaction and project closeout.

You will grow the Healthcare business in NYC and New Jersey by maintaining relationships, pursuing new opportunities, leading proposals, and collaborating with healthcare clients, architects, and trade partners to minimize disruption.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience leading healthcare construction projects (hospitals, clinics, etc.).
• Experience managing projects in occupied facilities and infection control requirements.
• Strong estimating and pre-construction capabilities including budgeting and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of multiple healthcare projects and project teams.
• Lead projects from pre-construction through turnover and closeout.
• Lead RFP responses, client presentations, and pursuit efforts.
• Maintain relationships with healthcare clients and expand NYC healthcare market presence.
• Oversee coordination of MEP, medical gas, and life-safety systems.
• Mentor Project Managers and other operations staff.
