• Proficiency with project software (MS Office, ProCore, JD Edwards).

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project budgets for assigned healthcare projects.
• Lead pre-construction RFP packages and coordinate submittals.
• Conduct project meetings and set milestones with monthly owner reports.
• Oversee scheduling, quality control, and site logistics.
• Closeout processes and pay applications; negotiate subcontract changes.
• Serve as liaison between client, subcontractors, and team.
