Job summary

HITT Contracting is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Executive with healthcare project experience to lead projects from discovery through closeout. You will drive safety, scheduling, and quality, coordinating with the Preconstruction Department and managing client and subcontractor relationships.

We value leadership, clear communication, and the ability to multi-task across multiple healthcare projects, ensuring timely milestones and closeout success.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in commercial construction, healthcare construction preferred.
• Degree in construction, engineering, or business strongly preferred; can substitute with experience.
• Mastery of reading construction drawings and ability to interpret/update related documents.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a general contractor setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety standards are followed across the project.
• Monitor progress with updated schedules and contracts.
• Negotiate terms with clients and manage subcontractor relationships.
• Lead preconstruction and RFP package work with Preconstruction Department.
• Acquire new work while maintaining existing client relationships.
• Oversee field personnel and ensure timely closeout and quality control.
