Altais Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Medical Economics Analyst to lead healthcare analytics for our MSO. The role partners with executives to define analytics priorities, develop dashboards, and translate findings into strategic recommendations that drive operational and financial performance.

You will oversee a team of analysts, mentor talent, and shape analytics strategy across contracting, network management, compliance, claims, accounting, and finance to improve total cost of care and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare analytics, BI, data management, or related analytical roles.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading projects, mentoring analysts, or analytics teams.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data analysis methodologies.
• Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Power Query.
• Experience working with healthcare data warehouses, Epic/Caboodle, claims systems, and healthcare datasets.
• Strong understanding of managed care operations, healthcare finance, provider network analytics, claims processing, and utilization management.
