Job summary

Altais Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Medical Economics Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making across our MSO. You will partner with leaders to define analytics priorities, oversee a team of analysts, and transform healthcare data into actionable insights that improve efficiency, quality, and total cost of care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare analytics, business intelligence, data management, or related analytical roles.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading projects, mentoring analysts, or managing analytics teams.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Power Query.
• Experience with healthcare data warehouses, Epic/Caboodle, claims systems, and healthcare datasets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
