Job summary

Altais is seeking a Lead Healthcare Analytics Analyst to drive data-informed decisions across our MSO. You will partner with executive leaders and provide analytics support to Provider Contracting, Network Development, and Finance.

You will oversee complex projects, mentor analysts, and transform healthcare data into insights to improve efficiency, cost of care, and outcomes. The role emphasizes governance, automation, and self-service reporting, with a compensation range and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in healthcare analytics, business intelligence, data management, or related analytical roles.
• Minimum of 2 years leading projects, mentoring analysts, or managing analytics teams.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data analysis methodologies.
• Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power Query, Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience working with healthcare data warehouses, Epic/Caboodle, claims systems, and healthcare datasets.
• Strong understanding of managed care operations, healthcare finance, provider network analytics, claims processing, and utilization management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics strategy and mentor a team of analytics professionals.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, reports, and self-service analytics solutions.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for operational, financial, provider, and quality performance.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise recommendations for leaders.
• Partner with executive leadership and stakeholders to align analytics with organizational goals.
• Drive data governance, automation, and scalable analytics infrastructure.
