Job summary

Altais Health Solutions in the United States seeks a Data Analyst Lead to design and deliver complex healthcare data sets, dashboards, and analytical solutions. You will act as an internal consultant to support reporting, visualization, and data extraction initiatives across the enterprise.

The role requires expert SQL, statistics, and BI tool experience, plus 8+ years in data analysis, preferably with managed care systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in data analytics or related field, coursework in SQL/stats/databases.
• Master’s degree preferred in related areas.
• 8+ years in data analysis and BI reporting using tools listed.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex healthcare data sets from EHR, eligibility, and claims data.
• Serve as internal consultant for BI and analytics requirements.
• Collect, analyze, and present provider, member, clinical and cost data.
• Identify cost/utilization patterns to improve total cost of care.
• Train team members on data tools and processes.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure best practices and documentation.
