Job summary

Altais Health Solutions in Oakland, CA is seeking a Senior Medical Economics Analyst to drive data-informed decisions across our MSO. You will partner with executive leadership and operational teams to translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights.

You will lead analytics projects, mentor a team of analysts, and design dashboards, scorecards, and reports. A strong background in SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and healthcare data warehouses is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in analytics, information systems, public health, or a related field.
5+ years in healthcare analytics or BI roles.
Experience leading analytics teams or projects.
Strong SQL and data analysis methods.

Responsibilities

Deliver trusted analytics to inform executive decisions.
Lead analytics teams and mentor analysts.
Develop dashboards and self-service reporting for operational users.
Partner with contracting, finance, and compliance to drive performance and cost improvements.
