Altais Health Solutions in California seeks an experienced Lead Healthcare Analytics Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making across our MSO. You will lead a team of analytics professionals and partner with executive leaders to define analytics priorities.

You will design dashboards, analyze claims, utilization, quality, and financial performance, and deliver insights that improve efficiency and total cost of care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, business intelligence, data management, or related analytical roles.
• 2+ years of experience leading projects, mentoring analysts, or managing analytics teams.
• Experience with healthcare data warehouses, Epic/Caboodle, claims systems, and healthcare datasets.
• Strong understanding of managed care operations, healthcare finance, provider network analytics, claims processing, and utilization management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
