Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking a senior analytics professional to support the organization’s financial, operational, and clinical performance. You will analyze volume, revenue, cost, and profitability, explain trends, and quantify drivers across hospital and physician groups.

You will also mentor junior analysts and present executive-level results with clear recommendations. Strong SQL/Tableau/Alteryx skills and healthcare familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field or 6 years of related experience.
• 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial, operational, clinical data.
• Experience with hospital/physician operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts detailed analysis of volume, revenue, cost, and profitability to explain results.
• Performs ad-hoc analyses per leadership requests.
• Analyzes variances vs. budget, forecast, or prior year.
• Integrates operational/clinical data for holistic insights.
• Produces executive summaries with findings and recommendations.
