Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance economics (or Master’s with 3+ years).
• Strong querying skills across varied data sources for meaningful insights.
• Proficiency in SQL, R, Python.
• Ability to create dynamic dashboards with Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong business intelligence mindset and end-to-end project execution.
• Experience leading analytic initiatives to success.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proven ability to champion initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytic support and consultancy for HCSC’s largest Commercial Clients.
• Advise internal senior leaders on population health and plan cost drivers.
• Present to C-Suite stakeholders to elevate understanding of health economics insights.
• Scale and market client engagements for broader impact.
• Design data layers, coding standards, and documentation for organizational use cases.
