Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation is seeking an Advanced Analytics Consultant to leverage SQL, R, Python, and Tableau/Power BI to support client engagements with our largest Commercial customers. The role requires deep healthcare analytics experience and the ability to present to C‑Suite stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will be proficient in Databricks and MS Azure, and capable of scaling impactful client engagements while developing standard data layers and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in health care services, statistics, or insurance economics; or Master’s with 3+ years; or 9 years in the field.
• Proficient in SQL, R, Python and data visualization.
• Strong dashboarding using Tableau/Power BI and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytic support for HCSC's largest Commercial clients.
• Present findings to C-Suite and internal senior leaders.
• Lead analytic initiatives from inception to execution.
• Develop data layers, coding standards, and documentation for reuse.
