Job summary

HCSC in Chicago IL or Richardson TX is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant to support population health analytics for our Commercial clients. You will apply SQL, Python, R and Tableau/Power BI to develop insights and compelling dashboards, partnering with senior leaders to frame business problems.

The role requires strong healthcare data expertise, experience leading client engagements, and the ability to present to C-suite executives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field.
Master’s degree with 4 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field.
PhD with 2 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field.
10 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field.

Responsibilities

Leverage strong technical skills (SQL, R, Python, and Tableau/PowerBI) to support client-facing engagements.
Lead analytic initiatives and manage internal projects with senior-leader stakeholders.
Communicate with and present to C-Suite stakeholders to explain plan cost and health drivers.
Design and maintain data layers and document coding standards for organizational use cases.
