HCSC's Health Economics Team seeks a Senior Analytics Consultant to lead analytic engagements for major Commercial clients. You will leverage SQL, Python, R and BI tools to deliver insights on population health and plan costs.

Expect to design data layers, present to C-Suite, and drive internal scaling of high-impact client engagements. Hybrid role located in Chicago or Richardson; relocation not offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in health care services, statistics, or insurance economics, or equivalent experience.
• Expert querying of healthcare data sources including claims, EMR, provider databases, and public databanks.
• Strong SQL/Python/R and ability to build dashboards in Tableau/Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Lead analytic engagements for HCSC's largest Commercial clients and internal stakeholders.
• Design data layers, coding standards, and documentation for analytics projects.
• Present findings to C-Suite and translate insights into action.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale impactful client work.
