Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation seeks an Advanced Analytics Consultant to empower commercial teams with advanced analytics using SQL, R, Python, and visualization tools. The role requires healthcare industry experience and the ability to present to C-suite stakeholders.

You will lead analytic initiatives, develop standard data layers and dashboards in Tableau or Power BI, and collaborate across in-house teams. This hybrid role requires 3 in-office days and 2 remote days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in health care services, statistics, or insurance economics; or Master's with 3+ years; or 9+ years in health care analytics.
• Proficient in SQL, R, Python; able to build dashboards.
• Experience presenting to C-Suite and leading analytic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance client-facing engagements with HCSC’s largest Commercial clients.
• Lead analytic initiatives and advise internal leadership on population health and plan cost drivers.
