The role emphasizes independent work, strong data querying, and the ability to develop engaging dashboards using Tableau or Power BI. Remote work is allowed with sponsorship not available. The position may be performed remotely within the continental United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in health care services, statistics, or related field with relevant experience.
• Proficient querying of internal/external data sources for insights.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL, Python, or R.
• Ability to create dynamic dashboards using Tableau/Power BI.
• Experience guiding analytic initiatives from concept to execution.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
