Qualifications

• Twelve plus years Health and Benefits background.
• Ten plus years of consulting experience.
• Client facing experience at a consulting company, insurance company, brokerage or in the Health and Benefits subject area.

Responsibilities

• Lead for large and middle market clients and manage U.S. health and benefits work.
• Interact with CHRO, VP Total Rewards and Benefits Director for delivery of services.
• Grow revenue and expand client relationships.
• Collaborate with market leadership and other partners for growth and client service.
• Mentor and develop talent within the team and build a strong pipeline.
• Network with external senior talent to strengthen the practice.
• Lead and partner with leadership to implement local, regional, and national initiatives.
