Qualifications

• Twelve plus years Health and Benefits background.
• Ten plus years of consulting experience.
• Client facing experience at a consulting company, insurance company, brokerage or in the Health and Benefits subject area.
• Complex project management experience.
• Project Management, Prospecting, Revenue Growth, Health Care, Customer Engagement, Strategic Selling, Account Management, Sales Presentations

Responsibilities

• Lead the Health Solutions portfolio for large and middle market clients.
• Grow revenue and expand overall client relationships.
• Partner with HR, Finance and Total Rewards leaders for strategic discussions and delivery.
• Develop and implement strategic vision with market leadership.
• Mentor and develop junior staff and build a strong talent pipeline.
