The role includes benefits consulting, vendor management, and coordinating with HR, Benefits and Finance executives to deliver effective Health and Welfare solutions. You will lead projects, create client reports, and help drive long-term partnerships in a hybrid work model.

Qualifikationen

• Ten or more years of Health and Benefits background.
• Five plus years of benefits consulting/brokerage experience.
• Client facing experience at a consulting company, insurance company, brokerage or in the Health and Benefits discipline.
• Complex project management experience.
• Broad business knowledge/perspective.
• Team building skills.
• Business development experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Benefits Administration, Data Analysis, CRM, and related skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop employee benefits strategies, lead sophisticated benefits consulting projects, manage vendors, develop client reports, lead external meetings and internal resource coordination.
• Maintain and grow long-term client relationships through excellent service.
• Display an in-depth understanding of the Health and Benefits marketplace and Aon’s Health and Benefits practice.
• Lead all aspects of vendor negotiations and provide coaching to team members.
• Form effective teams and coordinate with client executives to meet goals.
