Aon plc in the United States seeks an Integrated & Specialty Solutions Leader for Health to guide a 170+ team and advance our health advisory capabilities. You will drive growth, connect capabilities, and deliver integrated solutions to clients.

You will lead in a matrixed environment with a strong commercial focus, travel up to 50%, and a hybrid work model. This is a senior, strategic leadership role within Health Solutions.

• This role requires 15+ years of dynamic Health and Benefits experience.
• Ability to lead critical thinking with a strong commercial lens.
• Exceptional communication across levels and geographies.
• Experience creating scalable solutions and partnerships with third parties.

• Proven track record in client and sales growth.
