Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field.
• Experience in safety or leadership roles; internship/experience required.
• Valid driver's license and insured personal transportation.

Responsibilities

• Promote a proactive safety culture across jobsites, departments, and branches.
• Conduct field assessments and site visits to evaluate risks and recommend actions.
• Provide guidance on safety procedures and regulatory compliance to supervisors.
• Lead hazard recognition and coach teams on practical safety improvements.
• Investigate incidents, analyze root causes and report findings to leadership.
• Coordinate workers' compensation claim management and safety documentation.
